Some health issues have created the opportunity for me to lease PetesPecanPatch on an annual lease. I would like up to three families to share an annual lease. Price $7500, $1000 deposit. Time for Summer fun!!!! We still have hunting lots of Axis and black buck. But....the kayaking, swimming, tubing, fishing and just relaxing in the beautiful hill country is here. Special rates for the completely air conditioned 2 bedroom RV with large outside picnic area. Sleeps 7. $110.00 for 2 people, $15.00 per person over 10. Plus tax. Ask about Weekly Rates. This is a beautiful river retreat. Avoid crowds, you are the only guests except for the owner. Lots of wildlife, birds and 1/2 mile of Llano river frontage.
