. The living room has a popup trundle with two twins beds (that come together as a king size), and a full futon. A lovely privacy screen is provided for your comfort. The leather sofa in the game room pulls out to a queen size bed. All beds are new and protected with Protect-A-Bed encasement's, and are made up with 400+ thread count linens. All the sleeping rooms, the living room and game room have lovely hard wood floors. The bathrooms and kitchen are loaded with fluffy towels and beach towels are provided to use for your family’s fun days. Both full bathrooms have hair dryers and makeup mirrors for your convenience. Look in the complimentary “Oops I Forgot” box in the kitchen pantry closet for those necessities you may have left behind. The large open kitchen offers plenty of room for several cooks and sports new stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, a butcher block island, and is completely equipped with all the utensils and chinaware needed for a large family or group. Plenty of seating includes a long table that can accommodate up to twelve. There is a fold out wooden table in the game room closet and four additional Stackmore folding chairs that can be used as additional table space in the kitchen or to play games on anywhere in the house. The pass through window makes dining on the covered lanai easy. The kitchen amenities include a full array of spices and oils for cooking, linens, courtesy coffee and tea, lots of pots, pans, casserole and baking ware, along with all the small appliances you would have at home. The home has a brand new whole house water treatment system and the kitchen is equipped with a Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system at the tap at the sink and through the refrigerator door and ice maker. The living room area is tastefully decorated in tropical style, with wicker and oriental style rugs and lots of comfy seating for watching cable or on demand TV or just reading your favorite book. There is a desk for writing or a laptop and wireless internet throughout the residence and Lanai. The large family game room has a bumper pool game table that converts to a poker or game table along with lots of fun board games for the family to enjoy when you are tuckered out from all the outdoor activities and shopping that surround this little oasis in paradise. Enjoy the stationary bicycle and yoga mats for your daily workout. All living and sleeping rooms have cable and flat screen TV’s. The living and game rooms have DVD players, so bring you favorite movies. There are also HDMI and AVI cables on the living room and game room TV’s so you can plug in your favorite video games. With lush tropical landscaping, the private outdoor back yard features a screened in heated waterfall-style pool with a heated bubbling spa, a covered lanai for outdoor meals, and a barbecue. There is plenty of seating and room for sunbathing. The pool and spa light up at night for a lovely evening swim. The huge front yard is great for family sports; football and soccer or yard games and is complete with a basketball net for that friendly game of HORSE. Check out the big wicker chest in the family room for the balls and outdoor toys! We have compiled a book of many local attractions and restaurants, as well as food delivery numbers for your convenience, look for it on the kitchen island. Our home is minutes away from the Beaches, Riverbend Park where there are wonderful biking and hiking trails, PGA National Golf and Spa Resort, Roger Dean Stadium, great restaurants and super shopping areas like the Gardens Mall and Legacy Place and attractions like the Rapids Water Park, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, museums, mini golf and arcades! Call one of the local Equestrian Centers and schedule a trail ride or lesson. After a day of adventure, relax in our fantastic private heated pool and whirlpool spa that all my guests really enjoy. A highchair, stroller and pack and play are on site for the little ones. We will install a safety gate around the pool upon request. Two adult bikes come with the property and more bikes can be provided at additional cost upon request. We are a pet friendly vacation home, so bring along your best friend! We have installed a “PetSafe” invisible fence system, so if your dog is familiar with it, bring the collar. Pet slip covers are provided so if your fuzzy friend wants to lay on the furniture he/she can! We have a barn on the premises, if you want to bring your horse let us know. We can provide a stall with walk out and hay at additional cost. So pack up your family and friends and ‘Come On Down” to beautiful Jupiter Farms Florida, for a week or month or more!
