Fall Announcements:
Hello! First and foremost — thank you, thank you, thank you! The 2026 season was truly something special, and that is entirely because of the incredible guests who made the journey north to spend time with us at Harmony Beach. Your loyalty, your energy, and your love for this special place up north here on Kab means the world to our entire team. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you!
The boats are out of the water, the paths are quiet, and there’s a certain stillness settling over the resort that only comes this time of year. Fall in the northland is something we never take for granted - and we hope you’re finding your own little slice of heaven down south too. Get outside, take a deep breath, and enjoy the season!
Here's a few logistical follow-ups & announcements:
Deposits for 2027 stays for returning guests are due by December 1st. We have sent info via emails last month, so if you haven’t seen the details in your main inbox, please check your spam or promotional folders. While we have some people processed already, don’t worry, you still have until December 1st to get locked in. If you need us to resend info, just reply and we can! Also reminder to mail checks to the winter PO BOX listed in the instructions.
For everyone who has already processed, receipts have also been emailed your way.
Online booking for the 2027 season is also fully open! We do have a few May slots, there are only a couple slots in June, and there are some more openings the rest of the season for everyone who still has to figure out vacation dates.
Looking for a place for a large family reunion? We have a couple weeks in July & August that could accommodate a big group. It’s always super fun for the family to get away from it all, so make sure to take a look at our availability calendar below to see about a block of cabins. We even have the entire Villas building open for a couple weeks too.
The only Bay View Lodge openings are in May (including Memorial Day week), 4th of July week, and end of Aug & Sept. The rest of summer is booked.

Seasonal Discounts? Yes! If you are up here for 4 weeks or more you qualify as a seasonal renter which means you get the added benefit of ZERO sales & lodging taxes! That is certainly a nice deal, so feel free to reach out for more info to join the Harmony Beach Seasonal Club. 3 More Families joined this year, and another 2 for next year so far!
Important 2027 Dates:
---Next year the "weeks" get bumped back with the late opener and late Memorial Day
---Season Opener May 14th (3 night minimums available)
---Prime Season May 29th to August 14th (Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals only)
---Season Close October 9th (3 night minimums available 8/14 - 10/9)
---Stay 7 Days or more during the early or late parts of the season to receive big discounts over the nightly rates. Our website does calculate the best price deals available depending on your dates.
---Reminder it's always best to book direct with us at https://harmonybeachresort.com/ vs Airbnb/VRBO/etc since those platforms have high fees.
