Morgan & I have exciting news, we are proud to announce that we are the new owners of Pine Aire Resort on Beautiful Lake Kabetogama in Kabetogama Minnesota! Earlier this month we purchased the resort for Niles, Denise and Kurt Wilkins. We have huge shoes to fill, and a whole lot to learn, but are excited for the adventure to begin. We are looking forward to meeting long-term guests and hearing stories about the resort and lake, we love history. We are also looking forward to friends, family and new guests discovering this somewhat hidden gem.

Here's a little bit about us, Dad "Terence" Mom "Morgan" and are three amazing children. Valerie "11", Odin "5" and Forrest "4". We found ourselves loving this area after My brother and his family purchased Sandy Point Lodge & Resort in May of 2022. We started visiting them frequently and a new dream began, not knowing we would ever be here today, but dreaming of how we could raise are children in the resort lifestyle and better split are time with Odin's daily needs together. For the ones who don't know Odin was born in April of 2020 with L1 CAM a genetic issue which causes Hydrocephalus & Hirschsprung's disease, we spent the first year of his life in and out of the hospital with 8 surgeries, with the severity of his condition he is nonverbal, g-tube fed and in a wheelchair. It's been a long and testing road that has only brought us closer together. He is an amazing young man that you all will come to love with a smile you will never forget.

We knew of Pine Aire being for sale but never thought a resort of its size would be possible for us, but we saw that the realtor listing was about to end and decided to take a chance to reach out to the Wilkins explaining who we were. To are surprise we got a message back and got to meet the most amazing family! We were honored that they believed we were ones to take over the resort that they have cherished for so many years. One thing led to another, and the bank didn't say NO! Reality set in and that when this truly amazing adventure started.

We look forward to meeting everyone and making new memories for years to come.
