Most of these condos, homes and estates are located along the Kona and Kohala Coasts of Hawaii Island (Big Island). Kona Coast Vacations manages over 5,250 reservations and welcomes around 22,000 guests to Hawaii Island (Big Island) each year. Kona Coast Vacations boasts a team of customer-centered, guest service professionals including Makenzie, Natalie, Mikki, Virginia, Irma, Asinate, Gabby, Eva, Pia, Andrea, Rachel, Angel, Stacey, and Jon who are on hand to bring you exceptional service whether it is answering your questions, booking your visit, taking of maintenance items, or welcoming you to your Hawaii Island home. It all started by Ted and his family trying to escape the Canadian winters. They rented a condo through Kona Coast Vacations, he was so impressed with the level of service, that a relationship started, and he is now involved with the company. The founding partners retired in 2018 leaving a lasting imprint on the company and its service levels. Recently, KCV has added a commercial laundry. This will reduce electrical and water usage for our property owners and for the County, while reducing wear and tear on property owner machines. One load will do linens for 3 – three-bed homes, or up to 8 one-bed condos while using similar amounts of water for one in-property linen load. The added benefits of disinfecting the linens provides guests and owners with additional peace of mind. Our many returning guests (now friends), along with our great property owners have assisted Kona Coast Vacations in being rated 98% on over 4500 reviews being a 4 or 5/5, 4.8/5.0 (96%) on Google Reviews, an AirBnb Super host, 4.0/5.0 on Yelp.
