Looks like it's going to be a busy summer in Hawaii. Now is the time to start planning if you are dreaming about a tropical vacation after a year of lock down. Those with the travel bug need to plan at least two hours ahead for summer travel, per the Hawaii Department of Transportation.

At this point you will still need to get a covid test if you want to come to Kona without quarantine restrictions. The important thing is to get a test from a Hawaii Trusted Partner. I believe the airlines have registries that can give that information. An extra step, but totally worth it.

Walking barefoot in the sand sounds pretty good right now. Or just sitting in the sand. Anything with sand, actually. Once you are fully vaccinated, you will soon be able to travel to Kona without testing or quarantine. What could be better than that?
