Success, our two little dogs are official International Therapists now. Dutch guests arrived for 5 nights, we were warned in advance that Elizabet was terrified, as in phobic about dogs approaching her. By the morning they left, she said that our sweeties had alleviated her pet phobia and she even liked being greeted by them in the morning. Way to go, Shanti-Deva and Honey Bear !

The third weekend of August = Western Legends RoundUp & that is great fun. From the street fair, live music, cowboy poetry, special exhibits, rodeo and -- the High Noon Parade. Kanab knows how to present the best parades, this one is led by a herd of impressive long-horn cattle.

Savage Point now has its own Little Free Library box! This amazing concept, offering a "take a book, share a book" concept has been sweeping the world. Now at 15,000 Lil Libraries worldwide, these humble boxes encourage people to read --- share, and be encouraged. Our wonderful shop teacher at the Kanab High School built the box and my husband posted it. Come, enjoy -- share.

We are proud to say that we offer EV charging for guests. Our green B&B has solar panels, a Power Wall & Tesla Charger. As of this week we even have our own Tesla so Tesla owners can join us in a Tesla Light Show ~~ the neighbors love it!

At Savage Point Bed & Breakfast We Spoil Our Guests & hundreds of reviews confirm that. Your resident hosts are a Park Ranger and Travel Writer offering expert advice on how best to plan your private adventure here. Their quiet Zen-like home offers a generous guest-suite complete with private entrance, small guest refrigerator, living room/library with 54” flat-screen TV (and woodstove), bedroom, bath & access to the large garden/orchard with fish ponds. As if this isn’t enough, the property has a traditional Finnish Sauna and exercise shed available to guests. Look at stars & the Milky Way from a picnic table, even let your kids stay in a tent under the peach tree.

Breakfast here at Savage Point? Tuck up to the table because we prepare a full homemade breakfast with fresh eggs from chickens across the street, the herbs, fruits & veggies are garden-to-table (seasonal.)

A word-to-the-wise. If you aren’t happy with animals - we aren’t for you. Love animals? This is your place. Our little dog Shanti-Deva provides a vibra-tongue facial massage for free & Honey Bear is...a sweet honey bunny bear!
