Casa Coastal Serenity is a newly finished modern style home situated in the ex-pat community of Surfside Estates. The highest quality furnishings and upgraded fixtures have been used through out the home. Upon walking in, you enter into a spacious open concept kitchen, plus gently defined living and dining areas all opening onto the pool area. The home is very private and peaceful allowing you to

get away from it all, while offering you the convenience of necessary amenities. A Five-minute walk from the home and you will find an air-conditioned grocery/liquor store, a fresh fruit and produce stand, French Bakery, Bagel Shop, and Seven (7) restaurants. Casa Coastal Serenity has Three bedrooms. Each Bedroom has ceiling fan, air conditioning and flat screen television. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The Master Bedroom has its private bathroom, and the two Queen bedrooms share a Jack 'n Jill Bathroom. Relax by the pool and listen to the waterfall or read a book in the comfortable seating of the shaded patio area. A poolside 1/2 Bath is provided for your convenience and a fully equipped cooking area with bar refrigerator, and BBQ grill for your outside dining pleasure. "The beach of Potrero is only a five-minute walk away and some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica are within a ten-minute minute drive. Most notable are the white sand beaches of Conchal, Flamingo, Penca , and Prieta."
