We have condo accommodations in a variety of top-rated luxury and affordable condominiums and resorts on Kauai's Coconut Coast. Our guests are typically returning visitors to the Island, who appreciate the convenience of vacationing in condo accommodations that are centrally located. We are fortunate to have guests returning each year to enjoy the fine Kauai condo properties that we manage. We do have a 3 night minimum for most properties, generally guests stay for a minimum of a week and some for a month or more. Premier Kauai offers on-Island, licensed and experienced vacation property management services. With our years of experience and our connection to the Island’s most reputable and reliable service vendors, we can ensure that your vacation property is well maintained and managed. Kaua'i has a way of reminding us what community really means. Neighbors checking on neighbors, families sharing what they have, crews putting in the long days, and volunteers stepping in wherever they’re needed.

Our own Premier Kaua’i team has experienced this firsthand, caring for guests while also looking after their homes, families, and communities. Everyone has had their own challenges, but people continue to show up for one another.

Kaua'i is making steady progress after Hurricane Lowell, and we’re grateful to see more of the island getting back on its feet. ♥️ Power has been restored to about 98% of KIUC customers, water service is back to normal across most of the island, state highways are open, and Līhu'e Airport is operating. Most accommodations, restaurants, shops, tours, and activities have also reopened, and the east side is open and welcoming visitors.

There are still a few areas working through recovery, so conditions can vary. If you’re planning a visit, we recommend checking with your accommodation and the businesses you plan to visit before you arrive.

For the most current list of what’s open, partially open, or still closed, visit openkauai.org. A little planning, patience, and aloha go a long way as our island continues to recover. 🙏🏻

October has a few fun things happening around Kaua'i, so save a date or two while you’re here. There’s a weekend of oceanfront yoga and wellness, the annual Coconut Festival in Kapa'a, and the 2nd Saturday Night Market in Līhu'e with local food, music, and vendors.

A nice mix of wellness, community, and local events to add to your island plans.

Hauʻoli lā hānau, Brianee! 🎂💚 We’re celebrating Brianee and the creativity she brings to Premier Kaua’i. Growing up on Kaua’i has given her a special connection to the island, and you can see that in the way she brings her eye for photography, design, writing, and new ideas into everything she works on.

Kaua’i is still recovering, and we know that can make travel plans feel a little uncertain right now.

If you’re planning to visit soon, please take a moment to check the latest conditions and stay in touch with your accommodation. A condo may be ready for guests while other parts of the island are still working to restore power, water, roads, businesses, and other services.

If you’re able to postpone, giving the island a little more time can make a real difference. And if you’re already here, thank you for being patient, supporting local businesses that are open, respecting closures, and giving our crews, hospitality workers, and neighbors a little extra grace. There are so many people working hard behind the scenes to get things back to normal.

We love sharing Kaua’i with our guests, and we’ll be ready to welcome you when the time is right. Until then, thank you for choosing to mālama the island and the people who call it home.
