2080sqft home on Caddo lake / Cypress Bayou. 2 Stall Boathouse with Power Lifts ( 1 stall available to guests )Floating Dock perfect for swimming. 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom + LOFT and bunkroom sleeps 10. Average night stay $350.00 prices subject to change for peak dates (weekends/holidays) 2 night minimum with $300 Deposit and $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Fully stocked kitchen (electric stove,

dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, Keurig as well as traditional coffee maker, microwave, blender, hand mixer, cookie sheets, pots, pans, mixing bowls casserole dishes, crock pot wine glasses etc) The great room boasts 16 foot ceilings and large windows over looking the river and cypress forest, wood burning fire place for the cold nights, large TV with blu ray and lots of DVDs to choose from board and card games, plenty of comfy seating and large dining table. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser, TV and large cedar closet. Master bath has stall shower, HUGE jacuzzi tub and beautiful dimmable lighting. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and TV. 2nd bathroom has stall shower and closet with mirrored sliding doors. Bunk room has day bed with trundle bed. Loft has queen bed and 2 twin beds.. Large Mud room offers lots of cabinets for storage and washer and dryer. The home includes a playpen with bassinet for the babies.. Outside upper and lower seating and firepit ( bring your own wood ) gas grill propane bottle provided if you run out you can buy more at the local dollar store. Charcoal grill also available. Lots of outside lighting. The property has everything you need for a fun relaxing getaway (just bring your personal items , boat, kayaks fishing gear and of course food). The property boasts a large yard with lots of trees and Spanish moss The island has a private boat lauch for its residents and guests just down the road from the house. ( there is a 2 stall boat house on the property 1 stall is available to guests the pontoon in the other stall is not available to guests ) We love our children and have taken every precaution to keep them safe (door alarms fenced in upper deck fenced yard etc.) But in the end its the parents responsibility to watch and protect their children. We want everyone to have a fun, safe and memorable stay at Honey's Place. 20.4 miles to Historic Jefferson Texas, 7.8 miles to Caddo lake state park, 5.5 miles to Big Pines Lodge, 3.1 miles to River bend restaurant, 45.8 miles to Shreveport/Bossier river boats

Our January guests have requested we leave the Christmas decor up for their visits so we wont be taking it all down until at least mid January. If you need one last Christmas experience, last minute family gathering or just a break from it all Honey's Place is the place to bee 🐝
Our waterfront cabin sleeps 10 guests. Master ( king ), 2nd bedroom ( queen ), bunkroom ( twin daybed with twin roll out trundle), loft (queen and 2 twin beds ) available dates and booking information can be found in the attached airbnb link.
