🎣 Dip netting opens tomorrow at the Kasilof River! From now until July 16, the beach is quieter, the crowds are smaller, and there’s less competition—meaning more opportunities for you to enjoy the fishing experience.
🏕️ Whether you’re coming to fill your freezer, relax around camp, or simply soak in Alaska’s incredible beauty, now is the perfect time to book your stay.

🏕️ The countdown is on! We are almost ready to welcome everyone back for another amazing camping season at Cohoe Beach Campground!
Our gates officially open on Wednesday, June 24th at 4:00 PM, and we can’t wait to see all of our campers again. Even the moose is making its way to the campground! 🫎

There’s no better place to create lasting memories with family and friends this summer. Whether you’re looking to relax by the campfire, enjoy the outdoors, or spend quality time together, we’d love to have you join us.

If you made a payment but did not receive a text confirming your completed reservation, please contact us ASAP.
Here is our current availability:

• sites available : 7/6 – 7/10

• 2 large sites available: 7/20 – 7/22
• 4 small sites available: 7/20 – 7/22
• 1 large site and 1 small site available: 7/24 – 7/26

Hello Cohoe Beach Campground friends,
As of now, we have finished processing all reservation requests. Everyone should have received either instructions on how to move forward with their reservation or a message letting them know they have been added to our waitlist.
Please note that unprocessed reservations will be canceled after 48 hours to allow campers on the waitlist an opportunity to reserve. If you have a pending reservation, please complete it as soon as possible. If you need additional time, let us know so we can prevent your reservation from being canceled.
We’re excited to host all of you and are looking forward to an amazing season!

Good morning,
Once again, thank you to all of our amazing campers who have submitted reservation requests. As of today, everyone should have received a text message either confirming that your request was received or informing you that your selected dates are fully booked due to high demand.
If your reservation is currently being processed, please allow up to two weeks for us to confirm and finalize your booking. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, we will notify you and place you first on our waitlist.

Availability for the week of July 20th is filling up quickly and is now very limited.

If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed fishing/ camping experience, we recommend reserving between June 24 and July 16, where we still have plenty of availability.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to hosting you!

Thank you to everyone who reached out to Cohoe Beach Campground today—we truly appreciate your support!
We are currently working through reservations, and at this time the weekend of July 16–20 is fully booked. However, we still have plenty of availability from June 24 through July 16, as well as July 20 through July 31.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to process all current reservation requests. In the meantime, feel free to call or text anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
