This Saturday, April 5, is our 25 Year Anniversary Party!! In preparation for the day, we will open at 4 pm.

Tables will be on a first come, first served basis with one exception.
There will be 2 tables reserved, 1 for Tim and Judy Waldo and their family and 1 for Marty and Barb Vogel Woltjer and their family. Without their hard work and dedication throughout the years, West Wind Resort would not be here today!

We hope to see all the familiar faces that have helped create this tremendous opportunity for us and help us continue to be Upper Red Lake's Premier Resort!

We saw THREE great grey owls this weekend! This one was just a few miles from the cabin. It was searching for breakfast just after sunrise.

If you ever find yourself in Trail, MN, stop in at the Trail’s End bar for a drink and a meal. They’ve got great food and have frequent events and drink specials. Our sister and brother-in-law are the new owners. Who would have thought we would all have a “Trail’s End”! Congrats Aric and Misty!

We had a last minute cancellation for this weekend. Trails End is open if you’re looking to do Valentines Day on Red Lake!

Our access will be closed for the rest of the evening. If you are on the lake please stay in your house as visability is at a zero. If you are on your way up you can just hunker down in the parking lot until morning. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but safety comes first and we can’t control Mother Nature!

Thanks for creating this group! We have a cabin 1/4 mile from Roger’s that is perfect for fishing groups and family getaways. It’s cozy and private with plenty of room to park a boat, fish house, snowmobile, etc. We have high speed internet, TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Check us out on Airbnb or VRBO!
