Casa Sarita is the ideal place for a couple's retreat, families with children, or small group getaways (ie: Bachelorette Parties or Friend’s Weekends). There is convenient access to a swimming pool, boat dock, kayak, marina, and outdoor barbecue grill at no additional cost. It's a wonderful community to go bike riding, sailing,

kayaking, or bird watching in the bird sanctuary. The two-story condo includes family oriented puzzles, indoor board games, televisions, books, record collection, family outdoor games, and a children's nook with toys. Children are always welcome. There is no need to bring your high chair or crib as both are on site as well! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 6 people and an outside dining table under the covered patio. Over forty plants are planted around the perimeter of the fenced in back yard. There is complimentary use of the kayak and there is a private boat dock with ramp. Morning breakfast is served from 8:00am -10:00am. Afternoon tea is served from 4:30 - 5:30pm. There is a two night minimum stay. Can sleep up to 8 adults.
