This is a small (200sq’) efficiency apartment perfect size for one person. All utilities are included with basic cable TV, slow wifi and fully furnished. Rent is $950 per month with a $500 security deposit. No smoking and no pets are allowed. 12 month lease is required and there’s an online application/background check that all perspective renters must complete. If you’re interested, send your full name & email and a link to the application will be sent to you. There is also a $2,000 per month minimum income requirement.
