I have not posted to my page in such a long time. I’ve decided it’s time to feature some before & after pics. I was blessed to purchase the Inn in August of 2007 with the help of my wonderful parents, Henry & Shirley Lanteigne, during the housing market crash. I found this lovely former B&B which had been abandoned for 3 years and in foreclosure. Imagine that today ... in downtown Kennebunk ... hard to believe during this housing boom when houses are selling the day they are listed.
I thought I would begin with my most recent remodel. I have two private rooms & baths that I rent on Airbnb and they have been successful so with a busy tourist season after no tourists last year due to Covid-19, I decided two weeks ago to revamp my third room to offer it on Airbnb. Here she is.. as I purchased in 2007, in-between for long-term tenants and now shining in her new outfit!! 💖
She is titled “Paris & NYC meet in Kennebunk” and I am in ❤️.

Downtown Kennebunk location. Walk to Shakespeare in the Park, Duffy's, Perfectos, DQ and all that Kennebunk has to offer!
$600/week. Saturday to Saturday.

3 bedrooms available for individual or double occupancy. $700/room per month .. everything included.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and 1.5 baths shared. Common area will come completely furnished and with all cooking necessities. Bedrooms can be furnished or not.
Large driveway for off-street parking, barn with some storage available and backyard with firepit and patio for grilling.
I prefer to rent this way because I also share the home with the tenants when I am not in Florida (mostly summer).
No Pets, No Smoking.
Seeking responsible mature adults with full-time work/college schedules.
A discount may be available for a handyman/property manager.
