🤎 There’s a special piece of history right here on the grounds we share with St. Anthony’s Franciscan Monastery.

The Franciscan friars have been part of this community since 1947, and the monastery remains an active friary today. Mass is held daily, and the gift shop offers a variety of religious books, devotional items, and gifts.

During Christmas Prelude, the monastery becomes the setting for one of the season’s most beloved traditions, as locals and visitors gather to sing Christmas carols by candlelight. 🕯️

Regardless of your religious affiliation, St. Anthony’s is a beautiful, peaceful place to visit, walk the grounds, and experience a special part of the Kennebunks.
