New Hawthorn Suites Hotel Coming To Kent, Ohio
J. Thomas Myers, II, a lifelong resident of the City of Kent and the Principal Owner of Nypano Company LLC, has secured a Franchise from Wyndham Hotels for the development of a new first of its kind 110 room Hawthorn Suites hotel, to be erected on the parcel in question. Hawthorn Suites is part of the Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company, and is a chain of franchised suites style hotels that provide an ideal atmosphere and a home-away-from -home setting for its guest. This particular hotel will feature spacious accommodations, on-site business services, a free hot buffet breakfast, a fitness facility; and will also feature an indoor sauna and swimming pool, a large conference room and a full service kitchen /catering facility. The hotel will also be pet friendly. This facility will be part of the Wyndham Reservations system, a worldwide portal for booking lodging accommodations. Guest also have the opportunity to earn and redeem points through Wyndham Rewards, the brand’s guest loyalty program, which they can join for free.
The hotel is expected to open to the general public in the Summer of 2020!
