We are thrilled to announce the addition of brand new Kitchenettes to several of our smaller cottages; which previously only had a microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee setup for our guests' accommodations. While these small additions to our rooms served our patrons well, we are happy to be able to provide an even better living space for our future visitors.

Each kitchenette unit is fully equipped with a compact electric stove, mini-fridge and small sink, as well as a microwave, coffee maker and complete set of kitchen utensils, including pots & pans - designed to provide you with a greater sense of comfort and convenience, to ensure our guests have the ultimate stay.

The flexible option to cook in your room makes River Trail Cottages an ideal Home away from Home for anyone seeking to enjoy a stay along the beautiful banks of the Guadelupe, especially our extended-stay lodgers.

River Trail Cottages is open, restored, and ready to welcome you. Our commitment to delivering the authentic, community-centered, Hill Country experience our guests love has never been stronger.

Following the devastating July 4th, 2025 Kerrville Flood, we faced significant challenges with our property and operations, but our response to rebuild was immediate, met with determination, and done with "Community-First" in mind.

We were honored to be able to shelter several displaced families, and provide lodging for first responders in the immediate aftermath of that fateful day.

We are proud to report that we have successfully restored nearly all of our damaged cabins and are fully open and welcoming guests; with the final phase of our restoration project currently underway. All just in time for the 2026 Summer Season. ✨

Throughout this journey we have remained steadfast in our commitment to serve our community, and support our staff by providing stable employment for our dedicated team.

We are still a warm, welcoming, Home away from Home for our guests, and we can't wait to see you.
