We always recommend this interpretive trail to our guests! It is just across the bridge from Riverwood! The Historical Center is usually open May 15-Sep 15, but their building was flooded when a pipe burst this winter, with much damage to the displays, so the usual schedule may be changed.

From Riverwood, this is on the other side of the river, about a 7-mile drive from the house! Great place to play in the water, or picnic, or put a kayak in, or sunbathe or….!!!

Check out that MOON! These are the benefits of greeting last minute guests. Sometimes, the view just takes my breath away! They are going to enjoy hot tubbing in front of the moonlit river. 🥰
