The 2025 season quickly coming to an end...

These work weeks have been amazing!! We have met some pretty incredible people since putting these work weeks on, not to mention knocking out projects that we just couldn't accomplish without the help.
Come join us!

*breakfast and lunch provided daily (while supplies last)
*drinks provided daily
*full hookup sites free
*cabins available free (first come first serve)
*bring your horses, bikes, side by sides, fishing poles, hiking shoes... whatever you want to enjoy your free time.

This fall work week will include:
Camp cleanup
Cabin makeovers
Closing store, kitchen, and bathrooms
Carpentry, electrical, and dirt workers needed for odd jobs.
Lean-to for shoeing area

NOW HIRING: Full Time Camp Assistants

Elk Haven Horse Camp is a horse camp that provides 22 sites and 10 cabins, as well as a small retail store and cafe on the premises.

Employment Requirements:
-Cleaning (cabins and store)
-Stocking
-Cashier
-Possible lifting of 40 pounds +/-

* Any outside skills are a major plus!
(Carpentry, operator, laborer, handyman, etc)
* No education or experience is needed
* Personal dogs or horses must be pre-approved
* $10 an hour (starting salary)
* $1000 minimum end of season tips payout
* Free meals provided on work days
* Free laundry, wifi, shower house

Water and Electric Site provided:
•First 10 hours worked per week are for your site (without animals)
•First 15 hours worked per week are for your site
(With animals)

We converted our land line to a cell phone to give more options to contact us.

You can now email, call, text, and leave a voicemail.

Phone number 605-872-0116 will be disconnected in 30 days (this was a temporary number to get us through the 2023 season)
