If you've been coming to Maui since forever ago you would definitely remember the best fish and chips on maui, ALEXANDERS(was located in the now PAIA FISH MARKET spot), if your still searching for it, look no further, is located in Dolphin plaza next door to bossfrogs dive & surf & lemme tell you, if you remember the batter that was at ALEXANDERS, THIS location is where you'll find it. The absolute BEST deep fried mushrooms and zucchini(2 days in a row we ate it🤣 & then myself(born & raised Maui girl) gave into their fish(mahi) ), & the fish is to DIE FOR. Definitely one place to checkout & so ono. The owners are amazing and so friendly, DAD, MOM, & DAUGHTER duo. Go check them out and show some SUPPORT to them!

Happy Hump Day Wednesday! We hope all is well😁. I know, I know it's been a minute, busy work place, busy life🤷‍♀️. Nothing like taking a stroll thru Makena just because we haven't seen this side in awhile, turned out to be such a beautiful day with some slight showers. It was so nice to be out & taking the cruze with the fam, wind in our hair, music playing at a decent volume🤣, & hitting those humps on the way to big beach & hoping what we ate won't come back up in throw up form🤣. We enjoyed it very much. We hope you all enjoyed your Wednesday, stay safe, smile, be happy, and until the next post. Shooooots🤙

HAPPY ALOHA FRIDAY SCHOONER FAM! We hope you all had an amazing week. This is what my friday after work vibes look like after a crazy week of nonstop calls, changes to our system with a new system, and trying to get keep it all afloat thru it all. Took a stroll with my ohana thru Makena and ended up at our favorite hangout spot, known as "turtle town" but locals know it as MAKENA LANDING. Absolutely favorite place to unwind, enjoy the sunsets, and visit the turtles in their little bay with no distractions. Perfect day to enjoy the major waves and just family time. This is 1 of the many places I'd recommend for turtle watching or just to hangout, check it out. We hope you all have a beautiful weekend. Until the next post, shoooots fam!

HAPPY ALOHA MONDAY! We hope you all had an amazing weekend. This past Friday we took the keikis out to enjoy "4th Friday" which wasn't too busy but mannn has the heat been on something else🥵, it was a hot one. We got to eat some ono grindz. The 1st stop was at for some good steak and shrimp combo & Steak & Chicken combo. Steak was so soft and ono like the rest of the food. Our keikis wanted simple eating, they ended up at for their amazing acai bowls filled with bananas, strawberries, granola, etc. We got lucky & had some good music from Marty Dread himself as well. To end our night, we made sure to get some dessert, kids wanted freeze dried jolly ranchers, berry skittles, and cookies & cream ice cream sandwiches, soo sweet😵 but good at . We also made sure to get some Macadamia Nut Baklava, lemme tell you beyond ONOLISHHH, Definitely one to try, & we also made sure to get our in ube and strawberry cream cheese flavored, so ono as well.

If ever on the island, stop into any of these local places to get some grindz & , they'll be stoked you did so. We hope you all have an amazing week, until the next post shooooots🤙

HAPPY ALOHA SUNDAY FAM! We hope you all had an amazing weekend. It's my day off & spent it being up at 630am due to the little one🙄 wanting to be up & play before dad leaves for work, yay me🥺. We got to watching cartoons and lounged for about 20mins or so until we got the text daddy was heading to lahaina. We got up, got ready, and was picked up in no time to take a cruise and be daddys right hand mans. We got to lahaina rather faster then usual but safe. Front st was DEAD, I mean empty like no one was out this early🤔 which to me was all weird. We made a pitstop to the Hyatt for pickups of bikes, dropped off of 1 bike at the surf school & then made our way to breakfast. Although kihei Cafe sounded amazing, we settled for Dennys, which did NOT disappoint 🤤. We got hot chocolate, keiki build your own grand slam, mozzarella sticks, dinner classic patty melt, pancakes, & Cali club sandwich, let me tell you, it was all so ONO & we definitely left there str8 KANAKA PARALYSIS 😴 or tired lol. We enjoyed our morning stroll & safely made it back to Kihei & now sneaking in a little nap shhhh🤫. Enjoy your Sunday & your ohana, make the best of everyday. Happy Hump Day Wednesday🤪. We hope everyone's day was amazing. Today after a pretty calm day at work, decided to have some easy kine local lunch. Stopped into for some chicken katsu, spam musubi, and Aloha maid pineapple orange to wash down the grindz. Picked up our keikis from high school & made our way into Wailea. Stopped into for some drinks and snacks for the keikis at their request. Picked up some drinks from the coffee shop located inside of island gourmet, one drink called Blue hawaiian lemonade(oldest said it tasted like shave ice🤣), ube cookie latte with boba(WINNAHS🤤 without the boba😉) & some onolish big island Mac nut coffee crunch ice cream. We also enjoyed some refreshing li hing mui powdered grapes, macaroons(ube, strawberry, & Kona coffee🤤). We took a cruise to Makena landing & ahihi kina'u, & made our way back home to get ready for dinner. We hope you all had an amazing Wednesday. ✌️more days & it's officially the weekend.....again🤣. Aloha Schooner Fam. How's everyone's Saturday going? We hope all is well. Yesterday in Kihei, we experienced some crazy rain which of course as always ended in flooding of the roads and mud everywhere. It was so beautiful and refreshing to hear the rain, and seeing the raindrops, we definitely need it in Kihei with it being so windy and dry. We ended up venturing out to one of the flood areas located behind our house and although it was dry, you could still hear the water flowing. It's crazy how rain can make such a disaster on our roads lol. Today we woke up with no rain, but so much dirt and dust. But we are all SAFE & SOUND, no damage to our resort, and we're still going. How's your Monday so far? We hope all is well. Today we spent the day in lahaina just venturing since the keikis are in school. Weather is beyond perfect with blue skies, no wind, and small kine traffic. For our early start, we made sure to stop at OLOWALU GENERAL STORE. This store has been opened since 1932 & located right next door to Leodas Pie Shop & across the street from Camp Olowalu. We enjoyed the rest of the morning just driving around, taking in the scenery, & enjoying the day off🙂. We hope you all have a great Monday & a great week. Until the next post, shoooots🤙

Happy Aloha Friday Schooner Fam! We hope all is well. Today was another work day in hawai'i nei with a busy weekend ahead of us. Spent our afternoon beaching it due to the constant heat & we just couldn't handle being at home🤣. We ended up at Kihei Harbor & let me tell you, nothing but a beautiful and perfect day, literally no one at the beach, and all to ourselves. Waters was perfect, no wind, and enjoying family time. We hope you all have an amazing weekend, enjoy your loved ones, & always make the best of it. Until the next post, shooooots fam🤙

Aloha Schooner Fam. It's been awhile but we backkk🤪. We hope all is well. Today was another busy work day in the office but a good one. Spent the rest of the day enjoying the day with no CRAZY BUSY wind. Enjoyed some 1st timer Shave ice(since ululanis is always busy & lines are ridiculous 🙄), we decided to try them out, we definitely was NOT disappointed. Super friendly workers with a smile and customer service was on point. We had li hing mui, blue vanilla, & tigers blood, so ONOLISH! If your ever on Maui, Definitely a bomb shave ice place to try. Their located close to the post office, Ace hardware, & Nalu's Kihei. We hope you all have an amazing rest of your night, & until the next post. Shoooots Fam!
