No need to bring any magazines, brochures or maps to . I know it’s tempting when you see a large stack of travel and tour magazines outside a shop for free but we want to decrease the amount of paper products. We already have a great collection of current magazines at the loft for your to enjoy. Well..truth is they might be outdated by the time the Airbnb market opens up again. But you get the idea. Less paper waste.

Renovation to the en-suite bathroom. Erik put his mech engineering and event designing skills together to make this file for our contractor and I’m really rather impressed with his talent. Erik on the other hand was proud of my $11 light fixture choice and me choosing the least pricey tile at . Excited for the end result and thankful to our contractor Buddy & Son’s

Keeping it real at where my husband swears the pancakes are amazingly fluffy and we always laugh at the amount of butter heaped on. It’s where you find the locals dining and there’s a lot of history there at the restaurant in Wailuku. They have an old school vending machine inside the restaurant and it’s a small town diner feel. Nothing fancy but a local experience...and a lot of 🧈

It felt like Christmas anticipation today as we had waited for this day to arrive for 5 months. Dream day for us. We spent the morning volunteering at our Kealahou church food pantry which was so encouraging to meet and serve the 40 beautiful families and then we zipped immediately to the where we participated in the beach buddy program. We got paired with a dog from the humane society needing to be adopted and we spent 5 incredible hours spoiling her (Lady was her name and that’s exactly what she was). Fun facts about Lady is that she would not eat dog treats or fancy soft dog food I bought her. Only chicken and steak and she walked for a total of 20 minutes the whole day as she preferred to just lie in shade and get her belly rubbed. Lady was given a bone from a shop owner and she didn’t want to eat it just carry it around like a cigar in her mouth the whole walk through Makawao. If you want to sign up for this program you need to do so like 5 months in advance. If you can pls consider adopting this lazy precious 8 year old dog named Lady. We finished off the perfect day with 1st Friday in Wailuku . Smelling like wet stinky dog all day.... . @ Maui Humane Society

This loyal dog sat on the slaughterhouse beach waiting abidingly for his owner to return. And just an hour before we were sitting atop the mountain of Honolulu Bay admiring the view of the surfers and then dozens upon dozens of spinner dolphins started jumping from the ocean. It was well worth the drive from Kihei.
