Aloha kakou,
It’s with much excitement and a touch of sadness, we share our latest news with you all. We want to let you know we have sold our home and have now officially closed the B & B.

This fantastic 18 year journey wouldn’t have been possible without you! Many of you have become friends and ‘ohana, we are so grateful to each and everyone of you for your support over the years.

We have decided to set our sights on a new life adventure in the great Pacific Northwest.

Maui will always be our home, and we’ll be back often, if you want recommendations for your next Maui trip please let us know. We’re happy to assist, please stay in touch right here on Facebook. ❤️

Play in the snow in the morning then head to the beach in the afternoon. Sounds about right, it's Maui eh?

UPDATE 2/19/18 @ 10:15 a.m.: The National Weather Service has CANCELLED the WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for HALEAKALA.

The threat for significant snow over the summit of Haleakala has diminished as drier air and warmer temperatures have moved over the area.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY: A winter weather advisory has been issued for Haleakala Crater until 6:00 p.m. Monday. A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause travel difficulties.

Snow is expected on Haleakala summit above 9,000 feet. Snow accumulations up to two inches, with localized higher amounts are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: BE PREPARED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES AT TIMES, USE EXTREME CAUTION WHILE DRIVING. HEAVY BURSTS OF SNOW COULD ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY LIGHTNING

Aloha kakahiaka from Maui. The torrential rainstorm we had last night finally subsided, it’s a beautiful morning.
Here’s a reminder for our many guests who woke up at the crack of dawn to drive up the volcano. Enjoy!
