Take a tour of the first floor (and backyard).

This level offers a game room with a billiards table and ping pong topper. Have family game night around the high top table while enjoying your favorite beverages from the wet bar. You can also find the laundry room and the fourth bathroom on this level, as well.

Make your way outside to take a dip in the private pool or hot tub, or soak up the sun on one of the Polywood chairs or loungers around the pool deck. Challenge your friends or family to a friendly game of co****le or ladder ball that we provide. If you're hungry, grill up some burgers and dogs on the gas grill, then dine at the picnic table in our recently extended fenced-in backyard.

Take a tour of the 2nd floor! The new LVP floors continue to flow throughout this level that hosts three of the four bedrooms and two of the four bathrooms. You will also find a spacious covered balcony off the front of the home with a porch swing and two balcony height adirondack chairs that provide the perfect shaded location to sit and relax. If you're looking for sunset views in the evening, be sure to escape to the rear porch and enjoy one of the two gliding adirondacks.

Two seasons ago, we upgraded the home with fresh interior paint and switched to Outer Banks Blue's blue standard bedding. This means all bedding is stripped from the beds and replaced with new bedding between each guest stay. No more guessing when the last time your comforter was washed.

We had updated photos taken to showcase the new LVP flooring that was installed earlier this year. We also updated the dining room chairs this season.

Take a tour of our 3rd floor. This is the main living level, boasting the living room, dining room, kitchen, a screened-in porch, street-facing balcony with views of the ocean, and a king-size bedroom with an attached bathroom.

Got our first reservation for 2027! Repeat renters for the 3rd year in a row, coming to enjoy the OBX Rod & Custom Festival. Can't beat our home's amazing proximity to so many of the Outer Banks' finest restaurants and attractions. Nor can you beat the view of sitting on the balconies watching all the beautiful classics driving up and down Beach Road!
