$1100 per week (in season) plus NC sales tax
$125 per night (out of season)

This Chalet styled, water front vacation home features 4 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to have a fantastic Outer Banks experience. Upper level has Master Bedroom which has a king bed, full size futon and a balcony overlooking the canal. BR2 on the upper level has a queen

bed, full size futon and a rollaway. BR3 located on the main level has a queen bed
BR4 located on the main level has 4 bunk beds. You need to bring your own linens and personal items. The entry level has picnic area, grill, and outside shower. There are 3 kayaks for your use (with stipulations)
There is a club house located at the end of Colington Rd. with playground and sound beach for your pleasure free of charge. Also located at the Club house is a boat ramp that you may use for a small fee. We provide chairs, life jackets, corn hole and other games for you to use. We just ask that you leave the house clean and ready for the next guest. We are able to rent this home at this very reasonable price with the understanding that each guest provide the necessary cleaning for the next guest.
