🚨 SECURITY NOTICE – PORCH USE ENFORCEMENT 🚨

Due to unanimous Board approval, sitting on front-facing porches is now limited to 12 minutes. Any duration beyond this will be classified as loitering and subject to enforcement.

Residents are reminded that porches are for residents only. Individuals must carry a valid EMWV Resident ID while occupying porch areas.

Security patrols will begin monitoring for compliance effective immediately.

All residents are hereby reminded that per EMWV policy, Halloween decorations must be fully removed by 3:15 PM today, no exceptions.

Any homes found non-compliant after the deadline will be reported and subject to fines this evening. The EMWV Security Team (Third Responders) will be patrolling for enforcement.

🎄 Winter Holiday Decor Approved
Starting tomorrow, only decorations celebrating HOA-approved Winter holidays may be displayed. All other seasonal decor is prohibited and will be flagged.

Failure to comply will result in fines as outlined in the community standards enforcement addendum.

Multiple Teens Caught Snorting Pumpkin Spice in the Phase 1 Park Pavilion – Board Votes to Install Surveillance Drones

Due to a string of disturbing fall-related incidents, including minors injecting and snorting pumpkin spice products behind the tennis courts, the HOA board voted unanimously (3-0) to begin random backpack searches and mandatory spice testing starting Monday. Residents are reminded that Pumpkin Spice paraphernalia is strictly banned.

🇺🇸 As a patriotic community, we won’t allow flavor-based narcotics to destroy our suburban values. God bless EMWV and our third responders. Please give them a pat on the back when you see them for their extraordinary efforts and service.

ANNOUNCEMENT – BOARD VOTE PASSED
Last night the Board voted 5-2 to start mandatory vehicle searches at all checkpoints for plastic straws. Any car found with contraband will be impounded and occupants cuffed until county deputies arrive.

This policy goes into effect tomorrow at 7:16 PM sharp. A $500 emergency HOA fee will be added to all accounts to cover security costs for this operation.
