We've communicated before that M Villa OBX is on the market for sale, and that is still the case. However, until we sell, we've got availability and will rent out. Whether you have stayed with us before or inquired about a stay, why don't you have another look?
We haven't published any rates as it's still early in 2026, but do reach out if you'd like to get away and we'll set you up with some nice off season pricing.

Due to some unforeseen real estate drama, the contract fell through and we're back again for a bit longer. The listing is still active, but we'll keep renting until a sale happens. When was your last stay at M Villa OBX?
Folks, it's with a bitter sweet emotion that I am reaching out this morning. We had made the conflicted decision to sell our beloved M Villa OBX. As of last night, we are actually under contract to sell. If everything goes smoothly, I expect that we will no longer own as we get into the December timeframe.
Of course, we will spend some time out there over the coming weeks, but please reach out if you'd like to coordinate a stay and we'll work out a time.
In the meantime, I will gather more detail from the prospective owners, to see if they plan to continue renting, and I'll reach back out again when the sale goes through.

Happy Sunday morning folks! As you might know, M Villa OBX is a proud sponsor of the of Carolina Mustang Club.

We are less than a week out from our Our Heroes Mustang and All Ford Show 2025 next Saturday, Oct 4th. Please visit our show page for more info from here on out.

Please pre register before 11:59pm on Thursday night Oct 2nd if possible. You CAN register the day of, but pre registration allows you to move faster through the line. Pay ahead or pay with CASH on the day of.

We'll have a couple of vendors, 50/50 raffle, raffle baskets, door prizes, Mr Steve Saleen stopping by, a bunch of sweet rides, and a heck of a good time...all for charity. Aside from our normal trophy plaques, we'll have Largest Club Participation, President's Drivers Award, Best of Show AND several Sponsor's Choice Awards. Oh, and maybe we can get Steve to pick his favorite that day as well.

Remember, only communicate with the of Carolina Mustang Club or Mantalvanos regarding registration and vendor spots.
