First Chair KVT
Ski hard, sleep well! If you are up for the 8am chair, this could be "your people" – but space is limited to six (6) people! We are a mix of 50-ish skiers and riders, some Ambassadors, who are up and out early and don’t get back until the lifts close. By 6:30am, most everyone will be eating breakfast and getting ready to make 7:00am role call. Conversely, waking up housemates after
10pm is not well received. In general, we aim for quiet by 10:00pm. Here are some details about First Chair KVT:
• Full shares only, paid in advance by September 15th
• Max 6 people total, and 2 per room
• Nov 1st to May 1st
• Quiet, no late-night partiers (quiet time 10pm to 6am)
• Clean, leave it better/cleaner/nicer than you found it
• Cool temperature maintained at night for optimal sleeping
• Lights/heat turned off during the day, last one out – energy/cost conservation
• No smoking of any kind
• Pre-approved guests only -- no unknown/unexpected guests
• Consideration is expected – this is not a party house
• No group meal requirements, make arrangements as you like
• Condo on free shuttle system, close to mountain
- no need for car to get to mountain or access road
- walking distance to Snowshed lodge
- garage parking (limited, not reserved)
• WiFi, TV included
• Hot tub, sauna, spa, laundry, bar and other amenities on-site
• Snow removal, fire supplies, etc. included
• Exact pricing TBD before commitment, dependent on final number of people and utility usage:
- Full share est. $2500-3000/person double occupancy (pay more, get more)
- Utilities/damage deposit – $500/person. Guest fees will be used to offset utilities/expenses, in hopes of returning deposit money.
- Guest fee is per weekend (Thu-Fri-Sat)
