Labor Day Weekend is calling. Make the most of the long weekend with plenty of ways to play👇

🎸 The final Cooler in the Mountains concert of the summer takes place Saturday, September 5 at the K-1 Base Area, opened by James Joel and headlined by Remember Jones.

🚡 The K-1 Gondola and Peak Lodge are open Friday through Monday, September 7 for Bike Park laps and Scenic Gondola Rides.

🤘 Ride into the long weekend with Find Your Flow Group Clinic and the final Divas of Dirt Group Ride on Saturday, September 5, plus Jump Start Group Clinic on Sunday, September 6.

🎢 This is the final week of Thursday-Monday operations at the Adventure Center before moving to Saturdays and Sundays only starting September 12.

Earlier this month, we brought our annual Milestone Party back to the Peak Lodge to recognize Killington Resort & Pico Mountain team members who reached five-year milestones of full-time, year-round service in 2026.

This year’s list of 64 honorees includes 26 first-timers joining the 5 Year Club and 27 members of the prestigious 20 Year Club. Add it all up, and that’s an incredible 1,064 years spent making The Beast and Pico the places we know and love.

POV: Just another day at the office for Patrol🚡

Each year, our team conducts at least 36 lift evacuation trainings across the mountain, teaching first-timers the ropes, keeping experienced patrollers sharp with refreshers, and providing demos for other organizations.

This round took the crew more than 100 feet in the air on the K-1 Gondola, putting their skills to the test and practicing the procedures needed to get guests safely back on solid ground.

A huge thank you to our Ski Patrol team for putting in the reps year-round and always being ready when it matters most.

Join us at Pico Mountain on September 26 for a full day of craft brews, ciders, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages from across the region, local food and vendors, lawn games for the whole family, and plenty of fall mountain vibes with pretty leaves to peep🍂

🎶 Setting the soundtrack for the day, Terrafunk will bring infectious grooves and an electric atmosphere to the Brewfest stage, with live music presented by Kona Big Wave.
