We would like to take this time to thank all of the wonderful guests we have had the pleasure of getting to know over the past 8 years. We have sold the resort and we are moving on to our next chapter. Max and Scott are the new owners and they are super nice guys. We have met so many awesome people over the past 8 years and we have made some lifelong friends in the process. We have enjoyed getting to know all of you and your families and watching your kids and grandkids grow up. Many of you have watched our girls grow up as well. We hope everyone has a fantastic year and enjoyable stay at Kimberling Oaks Resort this summer. Thank you so much for the amazing memories!

EDIT: The new owners are keeping all reservations for this year and they are already booking for next year. They are booking one year out just as we have always done. You will not see any change during your stay as a result of the change in ownership.

UPDATE- CABIN IS NOW BOOKED, THANK YOU ALL!

Due to a cancellation, cabin 11 (5 bedroom, 4 bath) is available June 10-17 this summer. This is our most popular cabin and rarely becomes available during the summer months. We also still have a few of our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabins available the week of June 24-July 1. Please visit our website at kimberlingoaks.com for pictures and pricing. Due to a family reunion needing to cancel, we have cabin 11 (our largest cabin with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths) available as well as multiple 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabins the week of June 24-July 1. Cabin 11 rarely becomes available during the summer so if you are still looking for a large cabin, please let us know.

We also have Myers Lodge available July 15-22 due to a cancellation. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and the only cabin available for this week in July.

Hello friends and guests! We just had a large group cancellation for the week of July 30 - August 6. This includes multiple 2 bedroom cabins as well as our studio, 3 bedroom and the most popular cabin eleven, a 5 bedroom lodge!

This is our only week with any openings for summer other than one cabin 7/2-7/9 and that’s it. Give us a call or text if you are interested.
