Each cabin is set up to accommodate 2 people in Private bedroom, with futon for sleeping 2 children or 1 adult in living area. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, outside covered deck with porch swings, patio tables. All cooking and eating utensils provided, with sheets and towels.

Because of Airbnb’s changes… your total cost will be the same as before, but they were charging the guests 14% fees and me, the host 3% fees. Now they are changing it to make the hosts pay ALL the fees and the guests NONE. So now I will be paying 17% in fees on both my nightly rate and cleaning fee
to Airbnb instead of 3%! So… On Sept 15, my nightly rate on Airbnb will go up to $176 and cleaning fee $45. YOUR bottom line will be the same as when guests were paying 14% fees. But If you call me to book direct, you don’t have to pay ANY extra fees and my nightly rate remains the same ($149) and cleaning fee ($35) the same.

BETTER BOOK NOW if you’re planning on reserving a cabin in October! I’ve made a few people sad😢 today because the dates they wanted were already filled. So here are the Oct weekend dates I still have availability as of today:
Oct 2-4, 1cabin left
Oct 9-11, 1 cabin
Oct 15-17 ALL FULL
Oct 23-25, 2 cabins left
Oct 30-Nov 1, 2 cabins

For the best hydration drink in this heat, I learned this yesterday. Mix 2-3 teaspoons of Celtic salt ( doesn’t have to be equine, but you can buy this at Tractor Supply at a good price), with lemon juice in a glass of water. Drink as much as you want everyday. I like the taste!
