Super excited to share that we have a “Tiny Home” coming soon which will be available for rent. We expect it to be available by mid July (July 11). It can be rented partially furnished or without furniture if you have your own. We expect the rental rate to be $975.00 per month unfurnished or $1,100.00 per month for partially furnished (reclining loveseat, chair & end table with lamp in living room, kitchen table & chairs, queen size bed, dresser, night stand). Appliances include a refrigerator, electric stove, and washer/dryer combo unit. Location: Buncombe Creek / Lake Texoma.

These spots are located in a serene location and only about a mile from the Buncombe Creek marina, boat ramp, and Anchor 'N Restaurant. Leases are available for 6-month and 12-month terms for $500.00 per month (with discounts available with prepayment of rent). Rent includes water, sewer, electricity, trash receptacle, and lawn care. Electric hookups available for 20/30/50 amp service. A 1-month security deposit is required, and we do have an advance application process to approve potential residents.
