uding the launch of the Riverside Rediscovered crowdsourced placemaking community. This redevelopment effort promises to complement the growing downtown across the river in Riverhead, NY, while creating a true gateway to both the North and South forks of Long Island. Renaissance’s goal is to create a vibrant mix of uses to provide residential, retail and commercial uses that will benefit both the local community while helping to catalyze the region socially and economically, while respecting the beautiful surrounding environment.
