This beautiful corner unit is overlooking Kirkwood Meadows and seasonal creek. Open deck with BBQ grilll, spa tub, and covered parking. Kirkwood is located between Silver Lake and Caples Lake and just 30 miles away from South Lake Tahoe and Nevada. Base Camp was Kirkwood’s original lodge building built in 1973. Our unit has had only 3 owners, first being that of Bud Klein, founder of Kirkwood.

2nd an American Airline pilot (we found out later had flown with my Dad out of Texas, small world). We have owned our unit for 22 years and enjoy building great memories with our family and friends.
