This summer we have taken a few trips and I have just not taken the time to post. When we do day trips I like to post them so the great people that stay in our park will know the wonderful sites we have around us.
The day trip we took was in May and we went to Bluff, UT. It is approx. 100 miles from here and takes about 1 hr. 45 min. There are two routes but they are not much different in mileage or time.
We went one way and came home the other so made a big circle.
The scenery is beautiful and Bluff is very interesting. I came home and read The Miracle of the Hole In The Rock Pioneers "The Undaunted" by Gerald N.Lund. I'm not a reader and didn't think I could read such a big book but I read the whole thing! Very interesting historical novel. Here is a photo of the book if you would like to read it.
