We’re Josh & Hollie - based in the UK and regular visitors to Orlando.

After doing the trips multiple times, we realised how much where you stay affects the whole experience.

We created this villa as a calm, well-kept base for families who’ve usually done Orlando before and want something that actually works after long park days.

One thing we’re always quite open about is that this villa isn’t for everyone.

It tends to suit families who have usually done Orlando before and understand how busy and intense the parks can be.

After a full day of crowds, noise and queues, having space to unwind and properly reset makes a huge difference to how the whole trip feels.

For many repeat visitors, that’s the point where staying in a villa starts to make much more sense than staying in a hotel.

Planning an Orlando trip from the UK often runs into the same issue.

Flights are usually only released around 12 months before departure, but families often want to plan much earlier than that- especially when school holidays are involved.

That’s when things can start to feel a bit stressful.

One of the advantages of booking a villa directly is that you can actually have a conversation about dates, plans and what might realistically work before flights are even released.

It doesn’t solve everything, but it can remove a lot of uncertainty.
