A 50% reservation payment is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. Cancellations made 60+ days before check-in: 50% of the reservation payment is refunded. Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in: 25% of the reservation payment is refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in: No refund. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment against hurricanes, illness, family emergencies and other unexpected circumstances. If your travel dates need to change, please contact us. We will always do what we reasonably can to accommodate a date change when availability permits; rate differences may apply.
