RESERVATION POLICY
50% of Total Reservation amount is due at booking (known as Reservation Fee). Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date. CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled 60 days prior to Check-in Date, 50% of reservation fee will be refunded. If canceled 30-59 days prior to Check-In Date 25% of reservation fee will be refunded. If canceled within 30 days of Check-In Date no refund will be given. WE REQUIRE our guests to look into and secure Trip Insurance to protect you from cancellations due to Hurricanes, Family emergency etc. Please know, if your dates MUST change, we will do everything we can to accommodate a change however rate increase may apply.
