Villa not for rent Florida

A post I hoped I’d never do but villa for rent is no longer for rent 💔The home owners association in their wisdom have decided that our area can no longer short term rent - which is what holiday let’s are called in the US. It’s friends and family from here on in, if I can afford to pay the bills without the support of the rentals!

I’ve changed my contract at work so I can have a month in the US over the summer and still get two holidays in May and November this will help me gauge the bills compared to what I would pay for holidays.

Wish me luck! I’ve made sacrifices over the turbulent 23 years of ownership. We went through and survived 911, the gulf war, the stock market crash / recession, Covid plus my two cancer diagnosis to end up here. I am heartbroken, I wanted to take early retirement this year but have had to put that plan on the back burner so plan B it is.

As I change the name don’t be surprised if the page disappears!

Let’s hope 2024 is affordable, and we can make some great memories.

House was clean and exactly as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. There is a lot of traffic in the area at seemingly all hours of the day, but as long as i planned ahead, this wasn't a big problem. There was an abundance of pool floats and toys available in the garage which was a nice surprise! I would definitely return to this property!

During our May holiday we painted the outside of the villa. Not sure why we thought painting was a good idea in 90 degree+ but it turned out okay 🤣

First time doing this ever. We always stayed at hotels. This was way better and easier on the twins with routines. The booking, payment, check in and check was so easy. I will be doing this again and most definitely with Ms. Michelle. Her property was amazing. No complaints what so ever

So this was our second time staying at this property. It was perfect just like the first time. Quiet neighborhood when you did see residents they would wave and say hi. One to Publix and Walmart close to Fun Spot American Kissimmee. Love this house would stay again.

Managed to get home after 719 days. Lots of work done so not much of a holiday 😳 however I can now open my diary knowing it's all ready for guests. Some new photos.

What an amazing home this was. Super clean, spacious and quiet area. The pool was a hit for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets and sheets that were provided. Plenty of towels as well. The whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend this rental for your next vacation!

Can't wait to stay here again. Extremely clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. Was very relaxing and quiet. Just what the Dr. ordered.
