🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT – A New Community Initiative 🚨

To everyone who has followed this page for property management and real estate updates LLakilla Property — thank you. Our business operations continue through our dedicated property pages and groups.

However, today we are officially announcing something new and very important to us.

We are launching Santa’s Magic Mailroom 🎅✨

This is a holiday initiative that will be structured as a future 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our goal is simple but powerful:

To create personalized Santa letters that bring joy, encouragement, and belief — while using proceeds to give back to children in need.

Each letter will be custom written, printed on premium paper, sealed with a wax emblem, and mailed directly to the recipient. These letters are not just for children. They can also be sent to an elderly loved one, someone going through a difficult season, or anyone who could use a little extra encouragement and holiday magic.

Now here is the impact part:

A portion of every sale will be used to purchase gifts from Angel Tree programs operated through The Salvation Army. We will use funds received to select Angel Tree tags at participating locations and purchase toys and gifts for children in need.

We will be fully transparent.
We will document purchases.
We will demonstrate how funds are used.

This is not just about selling letters.
This is about using something magical to make a real difference.
