Our villa townhouse is a beautiful luxury four bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned home with its own private pool located within the Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida – just minutes away from all the fun and adventure at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Orlando Eye. The Master bedroom is located upstairs with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. There is an addition
al Queen bedroom, as well as, a bedroom with (2) Twin beds on the second floor; these two bedrooms share a full bathroom off the upstairs hallway. The townhouse can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The living area is bright and open with family room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TVs are located in the family room and in each of the four bedrooms. The family room and master bedroom have BlueRay/DVD players with library of DVD’s in a cabinet in the family room. The family room also has an electric fireplace for those cool Florida winter nights or romantic evenings by the fire. In April 2015, our townhouse was completely remodeled with new furniture, mattresses, carpet, wall paint, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A new air-conditioner unit was installed in December 2015. The townhouse has a private pool with walk-in steps, seating ledge and child safety fence. There is also outdoor seating by the pool. The pool has been re-surfaced in November 2016 and an upgraded pool heater was installed.
