Information update to all our guests
We hope all is good with you and you've swerved the current issues as best you can! Like you, we have been closely following the daily updates and events with regards to the Coronavirus, not just how it will affect us personally but also how it will hugely affect our guests and future bookings.
There is currently a lot of unknown and speculation with travel and subsequently with regards to our villa bookings - we will advise and assist with questions and queries as best we can and in line with Government advice and the status with flight operators.
With the new situation with Disney/Universal closing it's parks for the remainder of this month, this is obviously out of ours and your control. However at this time the Foreign Office haven't cancelled flights, please therefore refer to our Terms & Conditions and see redress through your travel insurance.
We would be happy to provide any required documentation in the form of a receipt/invoice, covering letter and Terms & Conditions of your booking, in relation to any payments made to enable a claim to be submitted to your insurance company.
Again we are so sorry that this situation has arisen. Please do stay in touch and, like you, we will be monitoring the situation daily and assist as best we can during this difficult time.
OUR ADVICE TO YOU IS
1. Check Foreign Office/Government advice with regards travel restrictions regularly.
2. Monitor information from your flight operator on any cancellations or restrictions.
3. Should flights be cancelled and/or travel restrictions be put in place, liase with your insurance provider on the cover you have on place to determine the refunds available to you. Obtain receipts and documentation for all costs incurred to share with them.
PLEASE NOTE, if you chose not to travel without restrictions having been put in place you will not be covered by insurance and you will lose any monies already paid out.
WHAT WE WILL DO
1. Monitor Foreign Office/Government advice on a daily basis
2. Liaise with our guests on the impact of any restrictions which have been put in place and what this means to their villa booking
3. We will not be cancelling any future bookings - We will be carrying on as normal and will be fully guided by Government restrictions.
4. We will work with our guests as the need arises to provide documentation for reclaim.
