This is our new property management company for our SunKissed Vacation Villa. Doing a great job helping families have amazing Florida vacations!

Little by litte we are improving our SunKissed Vacation Villa. Here’s a short video of some of our December, 2025 improvements. Loving the new colors on the first floor, and especially loving the lighted palm trees on the pool deck.

We had over 20 family and friends stay recently, and we spent hours in and around the pool. The new and improved pool area will be an area of fun and enjoyment for everyone!

When we purchased our SunKissed Vacation Villa, it had 1 single light on the outside back wall for the entire back patio and pool deck…plus the lights below water in the pool and hot tub. All the houses in this community are built similar, and we knew we needed more lights.

We added lights above the pool area and lights above the patio…and it really looks nice now. 👍

We had more than 20 people here in October, and we spent hours and hours in and around the pool. We decided to add a couple of lighted palm trees 🌴🌴 to the pool deck. Here is the first one. I really like them and they add some “fun” 😃 to the pool area.

Our son Jaedin and I are working this week on improvements to the SunKissed Vacation Villa…some practical, some fun. Will share soon some of what we accomplish this week!
