With 4,400 square feet, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, our SunKissed Vacation Villa has lots of wall space to fill. We’ve been working on that, and one of the things I wanted to add to the home was a really neat collection of Vintage Ads…mostly from the 1940’s and 1950’s.

These advertisements promote and celebrate so many of the things that has made Florida the go-to vacation destination for millions of people for more than a century.

I just got these forty-one ORIGINAL Vintage Ads, carefully removed from the original periodicals, framed and matted and ready to transport to Florida. Can’t wait to see these added to our vacation villa.

We changed our property management company recently to Epic Florida Rentals, and we are starting to get some guest reviews rolling in. We are happy to see these first (3) 5-Star reviews, and excited to see people enjoying their vacations at the house! That has been our main goal. Steven works for Epic and the guests love his service!

A great property with lots of amenities…in a great resort community with lots of amenities…a short drive to the major attractions…and great customer service…that’s a winning combination.

Curious to get your input. Last year we had family and friends stay with us at the house, and it was full. Everyone had a great time, but we decided we wanted to do more for the smaller children. We have an incredible game room and pool table room that pre-teens and older really enjoy…but not as much for the littles. They love the pool, of course, but we are thinking of creating an inside play area for the littles as well.

This is an AI-generated idea for the central area on our second floor. Would like to know if you believe your 10 year-olds and younger would enjoy something like this. Thanks for any input!
