Quick update for our guests: per the Governor's Executive Order issued this past Friday, April 3rd, we are forced to close to the general public through April 30th. We will remain open, but at this time, we will only be able to accommodate certain guests - such as healthcare workers or those deemed to be "essential" employees (e.g., those working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and other utility / infrastructure contractors).
We have implemented new policies and procedures to keep our guests (and staff) safe during their stays. This includes closing our reception area and implementing contact-less check-in, providing breakfast to-go only, and limiting housekeeping during stays (but providing deep clean between guest stays). While this is inherently counter to our typical warm and friendly nature, these steps are necessary as the health and safety of our guests and staff will always be paramount.
On behalf of the staff at Kittery Inn & Suites, we want to thank all of you for your continued support and business. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause those traveling for other purposes in April. We look forward to being back to "business as usual" as soon as humanly possible!
Until then, hang in there, stay safe and make your reservations for this summer / fall - we can't wait to have you back and look forward to seeing you soon!
