Here’s a birthday present from your neighbors on the Klamath: breakfast, on us. 🎂

If you live in Humboldt, Del Norte, or Curry County, join us any morning of your birthday week. We’ll take care of your meal up to $25, plus a mimosa (21+) or juice. Coffee and tea are always free for the whole table.

Make a day of it: start with biscuits and gravy by the window, then head up to the Klamath River Overlook or out to the redwoods.

Show your ID with a local address at the table. Groups of 6 or more, please call ahead: 707-482-1425.

Breakfast is served 8–10am through Oct 31, then 8:30–9:30am (closed Jan 4–Feb 11).

To the Yurok canoe, jetboat and visitor center team: thank you for spending your end-of-season breakfast with us, and to the crew member who left us these drawings. We kept them both.

Every table in our dining room has white paper over the cloth and a cup of markers. Come for breakfast. The coffee’s on us, and the markers are waiting for you.

Thanks for bringing the people you love most to the inn and making us your home base for your wedding festivities. Married in the redwoods. Meals, w**e and overnights at the Inn.

We don’t host many weddings, and that’s on purpose. We’re a good fit for intimate celebrations and it works best for easygoing groups who take over the entire inn. If you’d like to bring your own group here, dm us.

It’s not often a little inn like ours is featured in The New York Times, but here we are, thanks to Alex Crevar and Jessica Parrillo (photos), who stayed with us during their Pacific Northwest cycle tour.

Their story follows a coastal bike route through the redwoods to the reborn Klamath, and on to Eureka. In Klamath, they joined a Yurok redwood canoe tour, and “after tea in the living room’s overstuffed armchairs,” the team cycled up 600 feet to the Klamath River Overlook and “stared down at a sandbar” at sunset.

About a year ago, Kylee & Taden said “I do” under the redwoods nearby, with the Requa Inn as their home base. This week they came back for breakfast with several members of their wedding party. We love when the inn becomes part of the story, not just a backdrop. Welcome back and congrats, you two.
