Terwer RV Park RV Hookups, Tent Camping, Klamath River Access Tent camping is separate from RV sites, on a grassy area near the river. Restrooms,Hot showers.

"Near one of the better shore-fishing spots on the lower Klamath River, this park provides grassy sites and river access. Close to the boat ramp and some of the best riffles in the lower Klamath close to the tackle shop. Some of the best food in town are close by. Fishermen and family friendly. Directions: In Klamath, at the Highway 169 junction, turn east and drive 3.2 miles to Terwer Riffle Road

. Turn right onto Terwer Riffle Road and drive to the park at the end of the road (about 1/2 mile)." Fishing guides available if needed. I have one of the hardest working guides on resident John Klarr . If he ain't fishing the fish are not biting..lol for info call Patti At 707-482-3855

Klamath therapy 🌊

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Weekend Recap: Apparently Running an RV Park Counts as Cardio 😅

Now that we’ve had a few days to recover from Memorial Day Weekend, I finally looked back at my Apple Watch stats…

Between checking guests in, answering questions, delivering firewood, cleaning facilities, helping campers find their sites, and keeping up with two little girls, here’s what the weekend looked like:

👣 Thursday: 15,987 steps (7.5 miles)
👣 Friday: 13,522 steps (6.3 miles)
👣 Saturday: 15,961 steps (7.4 miles)
👣 Sunday: 19,119 steps (8.9 miles)

📊 Memorial Day Weekend Total
✅ 64,589 steps
✅ Over 30 miles walked
✅ Every activity ring closed
✅ A park full of amazing guests

For someone who usually has to work pretty hard just to hit 10,000 steps in a day, these numbers surprised me. I’m sure plenty of people can beat them, but for me this felt like quite an accomplishment.

The funny thing is, I never set out to get exercise. These steps came from doing what we love: helping guests enjoy their time at the park and making sure everyone had a great stay.

Thank you to everyone who spent Memorial Day Weekend with us. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to welcome you back to Terwer RV Park.😁

Happy Memorial Day from Terwer RV Park.🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives while serving our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy weekends like this with family, friends, and the freedom to travel.

To all of our guests who stayed with us this weekend, thank you for spending part of your holiday with us. We hope you had a wonderful stay, and we wish you a safe drive home.

We remember. We honor. We are grateful.🇺🇸

Happy Monday, everyone!🌞

With Memorial Weekend coming up this weekend, we wanted to share a few more Terwer RV Park apparel options that we forgot to include in our last post.

First, we have another women’s crewneck design available. This version includes both the front and the back logo, instead of just the front logo. Estimated price is about $27.

We also forgot to share the women’s hoodies, which should be about $19.

And for the men, we also have a crewneck option that should be about $28.

The pictures attached to this post show the available colors and logo styles for each of these items.

We are gathering apparel orders now, and everything will be ordered at cost. Since pricing depends on the total number of orders, we wanted to give everyone a close estimate in case we receive fewer than 20 total orders.

We are putting together an order for cozy Terwer RV Park sweatshirts, perfect for cool mornings, campfire nights, fishing trips, and everyday wear.

We will have men’s and women’s options available, including crewnecks, full-zips, and hooded sweatshirts in select colors. Each style will feature the Terwer RV Park logo.

Some moments deserve a backdrop as unforgettable as the memory itself. 💍🌲

Yesterday, one of our guests popped the question during a nearby coastal hike. Moments like this are a reminder of why we enjoy sharing this place with our guests.

We love that this place becomes more than just a campground for so many people. It becomes part of their story.

If you’ll be traveling to the park or exploring the surrounding Redwoods and coastal areas, please be aware that multiple road improvement projects are planned along Highway 199 and Highway 197 near Crescent City.

Drivers may experience:
• Delays or temporary traffic control
• Narrow driving areas in active work zones
• Reduced speeds through project sections

We recommend allowing extra travel time when heading to the park or planning day trips during your stay. Please drive carefully, especially if you’re towing trailers, driving RVs, or traveling the roads for the first time.
