We are quiet but close to all that Downtown Knoxville has to offer. We are a family owned campground recently changed to new owners. In 1982, the World's Fair was hosted in Knoxville Tennessee. Southlake RV Park was built to accommodate the influx of visitors. In 1994, the Smith family started running the business and still runs it today. Smith retired and her son and his family started managing t

he business. Numerous modern renovations are being implemented while still maintaining the quiet atmosphere that Mrs. Smith worked hard to instill. Southlake RV Park has a pool that is open during season, full camp store, laundry, limited wifi, and heated/cooled clean bathhouse. We also sell firewood, propane and bait. We are right on the water and a great place to both camp and fish!

Just a reminder we have our annual Halloween event on Sunday! Trunk or treat 🎉 6-8pm. Call the office and let them know if you want to hand out candy/set up a trunk! We will have hot dogs 🌭 too!

We wanted to announce that this area in East TN is ok and safe to travel to. In the coming weeks we hope to get extra RV sites open to take in those who no longer have a home/campsite in our neighboring towns. We will also work together with the community on helping get supplies rolling these towns. We will announce soon how you can help.
