Our company may specialize in AV system design and installation, but we are in no way limited to those services.

We provide personal assistance to our customers with the selection, application, training and integration of products and systems from our knowledgeable staff. Our designers analyze the needs of a client, suggest several design paths to consider, provide demonstrations and site visits to similar installations, address the requirements for the system and ultimately provide a well documented and straightforward scope of work for the project. Should AVCO and the client enter into an installation contract (after the design phase), AVCO field service representatives install and test the system assuring customer satisfaction.

The next important objective after the system has been installed and tuned is service. A customer will not remain a customer if they are uncomfortable with the service after the project completion. AVCO is different than most AV companies. We understand the need to have a reliable partner just a telephone call away, especially if the customer experiences an emergency or has a special event.
For this reason, AVCO offers on-site and depot repair services. We provide a toll free number and automated answering system for warranty and service calls on a 24/7 basis. Our standard warranty is one year on our installations, which includes a loaner program if you purchased the complete system from AVCO. One of the most successful programs that we implemented many years ago is the FREE projector loaner program for presentation systems and installations.
We also offer a team approach to technical support, user training, and preventive maintenance and “tune-up” services. Our documentation is second to none when the system is complete and has completed a review and acceptance test by the client. Once the project is complete and the client has approved the installation, our team delivers completed project documentation including detailed set-up sheets, a bill of material, cut sheets, AutoCAD drawings and users manuals for all of the products included within the project.

AVCO Technologies' Consulting and Architectural Coordination: AVCO Technologies utilizes industry-standard software and document methods to produce a design product that is easily coordinated with the architectural and engineering trades. In fact we have worked with local architecture firms and engineering firms as consultants for many systems.
