Par for the Course B&B This is a fully restored 1901, 5 bedroom 3 full bath farm house located on the edge of the River Islands Golf Club which opened in February 2021.

Perfectly situated within close distance to Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg. We only live a mile away if there are any issues. We are also the proud owners of Yummy Eats food truck located on the golf course at the 9th hole. We did all the restoration with some help of local contractors for the big jobs. The floors throughout the home are the original hard wood floors as are the doors. We

wanted to keep this beautiful farm house as close to it's original glory as much as possible while providing a comfortable getaway for families like you. We hope that you find as much joy in staying here as we did in restoring it.

Par for the Course Airbnb: located right next to River island Golf club on Kodak Road in Kodak, Tennessee
This house was bought in 2020 renovations to the house were completed in 2022 this 124 year old house has all of the country charm with updated amenities.
Five bedrooms feature downstairs, master king size bed, downstairs, queen, size bed with pullout, futon, upstairs features, three bedrooms with two queen size beds each.
The house has three bathrooms, two downstairs, which are handicap accessible and one upstairs. Enjoy two fire pits on the property also areas for grilling.
Sit on the porch and watch the wildlife.
$300 per day, which includes all taxes. Please be advised a clean fee of $325 will apply to. If you're interested, please give Tracie a call at 540-219-9010
