After having a successful season, we continue to face changes and challenges. One of the hardest challenges we've experienced recently was saying goodbye to Dillon Brumfield, our business partner. He has made the decision to step away and pursue a new chapter in life. Dillon, we fully support your choice and wish your family happiness. Your departure leaves a space that cannot be filled. Beyond the work we shared, we built a relationship rooted in trust, countless challenges overcome together, and many memorable moments along the way. Your dedication and friendship helped shape not only our business but also the people we have become through this journey. We are incredibly grateful for everything you contributed and for the time we spent building something meaningful together. In his departure Dillon had this to say to our faire family:

“Dear Friends,

It is with a heavy heart I announce that I have stepped down as an owner of Whispering Grove Faire, but fear not I will be staying involved with the faire and attending to see all of my wonderful friends. See y'all in the fall y'all.

Yours truly DILLY-DILLY”

Vendor applications for our fall 2026 season are now open! The season will run for four weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from October 24th through November 15th.

Follow the link to find the vendor application, along with instructions for those interested in performing. The application for food vendors is not quite ready, but it is on its way! We'll announce it right here once it goes live.

This spring season exceeded all our hopes and goals! We're excited and exhausted and so very thankful for all who made it possible. If we lost even one of these groups, we wouldn't have a faire:

The patrons, of course! There's no point if no one comes to enjoy the product of everyone's efforts. Every smiling face and jubilant “Huzzah!” makes all the hard work worth it. You are the life of the faire!

The volunteers. Without you, the paths would be impassable, there would be nowhere to relax, and the stages would be incomplete. We owe so much to those who put their blood, sweat, and tears into this dream alongside us. You are the soul of the faire!

The employees. You keep us all safe, clean, and happy. From the first welcome of the day at the ticket booth, to every full mug, and the security of knowing you're watching out for us, you are the foundation of the faire!

The vendors. Your beautiful wares, delicious food, and welcoming shops are a big part of what draws patrons through the gates. You are the purpose that keeps WGF alive. You are the heart of the faire!

The entertainers. Your creative performances and crowd interactions are another big part of what draws patrons through the gates. You give WGF its personality and meaning. You are the spirit of the faire!

From the owners of Whispering Grove Faire, a big thank you to everyone who breathed life into this spring season. We are overjoyed to have been able to share this experience, and we can't wait to make new memories with each of you!
