Nestled between rolling hills and amongst towering pines, Camp Trexler is the perfect place for organized groups to experience the great outdoors! Trexler Scout Reservation in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, is the Northeast Region's foremost Boy Scout Camp. Trexler turned a tract of land in Monroe County into a camp for the Boy Scouts of the Lehigh County Council. The camp opened in 1928. Today,

premier attributes of this 900-acre Scout Reservation include: Separate Boy Scout and Cub Scout Resident Camps, two lakes, a pool, varied Merit Badge offerings, and an unrivaled Scouting Program. The reservation has over 25 miles of hiking and orienteering trails, as well as mountain biking trails for you to explore. Camp Trexler features one of the largest C.O.P.E. courses in the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts of America, a unique Athletics area and an innovative new approach to earning Eagle Required Merit Badges at camp in a program we call 'Area 7'. We also have features for age-specific groups such as the First Year Camper Program (OFC), the Older Boy Program, and many program offerings for Scout Leaders.
